About Rae

Hi, I’m Rae (he/they), I am the proud Founder and Head Accountant of RT Accounting Services. I have about 10 years of experience in the industry and have helped countless clients navigate the often-complex world of accounting and taxes.

Outside of the office, I spend my time supporting women’s basketball, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, and traveling. I also enjoy trying new foods and recipes, and spending time with my wife and our four legged child (pictured).

Hey, I’m Lina (they/them) and I’m the Admin Operations Manager!

I help business owners and teams feel human and cared for in their day-to-day work, with 12+ years of experience providing administrative support, business process optimization, and project management services.

When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my pittie mix, being outside with the plants and trees, reading (all of the genres), learning something new, naps, connecting with my community, soft people, and uncontrollable laughter.

Hi, I’m Robert, the Website Manager here at RT Accounting. I handle everything related to keeping our website running smoothly—updating content, improving design, and making sure everything is fast, secure, and easy to use. My goal is to make the online experience as simple and helpful as possible for potential clients.

I also run my own web design studio, Misfit Development, where I help small businesses build websites that actually work for them. I love combining creativity and tech to solve problems and support growing teams.
