About Rae
Hi, I’m Rae (he/they), I am the proud Founder and Head Accountant of RT Accounting Services. I have about 10 years of experience in the industry and have helped countless clients navigate the often-complex world of accounting and taxes.
Outside of the office, I spend my time supporting women’s basketball, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, and traveling. I also enjoy trying new foods and recipes, and spending time with my wife and our four legged child (pictured).
About Lina
Hey, I’m Lina (they/them) and I’m the Admin Operations Manager!
I help business owners and teams feel human and cared for in their day-to-day work, with 12+ years of experience providing administrative support, business process optimization, and project management services.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my pittie mix, being outside with the plants and trees, reading (all of the genres), learning something new, naps, connecting with my community, soft people, and uncontrollable laughter.

About Chelsey
Hi, I’m Chelsey (she/her), the designer and creative behind Art Additive, a lesbian-owned art agency that blends storytelling, design, and a whole lot of color. I collaborate with Rae and the RT Accounting Services team to create custom visuals that support their content and share their story with clarity and personality.
My work spans everything from illustration and branding to murals and marketing assets. Right now, I’m illustrating two books while continuing to build creative tools and visuals for small businesses, organizations, and fellow dreamers.
My wife and I are digital nomads currently living in the Dominican Republic with our very loved rescue cat. When I’m not painting or drawing, I’m exploring new creative projects, trying to find wifi or standing in front of the AC.
